Implementación de un plan integral de gestión de riesgos en la empresa Tubasec C.A. de la ciudad de Riobamba.

Abstract

The objective of the titling work is to implement a Comprehensive Risk Management Plan (PIGR) in the company TUBASEC CA of the city of Riobamba for the purpose of prevention and corrective measures in case a risk caused by a disaster is generated, either sea of natural or anthropic origin. The importance of PIGR is to preserve the integrity of the workers who work in the company and mitigate the possible risks. For the implementation of the PIGR, the model granted by the Secretariat of Risk Management (SGR) was used, which comprises five phases, where it refers to the characteristic of the company based on the most relevant data, the guidelines that must have in account for risk reduction, the management of an institutional emergency, institutional recovery and the evaluation phase, which guarantees the effective implementation of the PIGR. In addition, to obtain an efficient implementation of signage and fire defense equipment, the guidelines of the standards NTE INEN 3864-1, NTE INEN 802, INSHT NTP 434, NFPA 10, among others, are followed. Together with the training and intervention of the Emergency Brigades, the preservation of the personnel that works is guaranteed, as well as the equipment and facilities of the company. It is advisable to monitor and update the PIGR every certain time and in addition, routine inspections of the facilities, equipment and infrastructure should be carried out, so that the PIGR in the event of an adverse event is carried out in an efficient manner.
