Proyecto de factibilidad, para la creación e instalación de una ferretería comunitaria, en el barrio Corona Real, parroquia de Licán, ciudad de Riobamba, con miras al desarrollo de nuevas urbanizaciones

Abstract

Create a company supposed to take numerous decisions. The studios to get the title of Commercial Engineering give a very broad perspective of different corporate-style management possibilities. This project of qualification has the purpose to establish the feasibility for the future creation of a hardware store in the Corona Real neighbourhood, of Licán. It was used the deductive method that contains systematically theoretical-structural fundaments to facilitate the verification of the considered hypothesis. Like result of this studio is determined the viability of the investment project, thanks to a detailed situational analysis of the main variables that intervene in the success or failure of the same. This work allows to distinguish the commercial, technical, managerial, legal and financial horizon of the future company through four punctual toolos: i) The marketing research, ii) the technical studio, iii) the organizational and legal studio, iv) the financial studio; the same that allowed to define the offer and demand conditions, the technical requirements of project, the management structure and the legal regulation that will regulate the future company, also its financial situation in the first five years. For this reason, this document constitutes an important guide that corroborates the convenience to set up the proposed business.
