Abstract

The current investigation is the implementation of a management model of strengthening the communities of Tolatuz, Shuid, and Cherlo, of the Parish Guasuntos, Canton Alausì, Province Chimborazo. It seeks to identify the socio-organizational process of the communities, this research was carried out by means of surveys of the beneficiaries in the intervention area, which tabulated the data, identifying problems in the organizational structure, fragile capacity for organizational management , weak leadership and poor leadership training .In this context, the implementation of the Management Model for socio-organizational strengthening will allow for an improvement of the organizational structure within the framework of a comprehensive community development agenda and inter-agency articulated intervention in the territory. For this purpose, leaders are recommended to apply the proposed model to help strengthen the development of communities and achieve their objectives.
