Análisis y valoración financiera de los sistemas productivos de los pequeños agricultores de la parroquia Puela, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The titling work was aimed at analysing and assessing from the financial perspective the productive systems of small farmers in the Puela parish, province of Chimborazo. The methodology applied had a mixed, bibliographic and field approach; information gathering techniques were used such as surveys of small agricultural producers for situational diagnosis; this was based on an inductive analysis to deduce specific situations to all agricultural producers in the Puela parish. With the approach achievement of feasible strategies aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and generate the financial progress of farmers in Puela, considering that most of the community is engaged in this primary activity. Thus, when carrying out the business, economic analysis, a net profit margin of 36.11% was obtained for one hectare of blackberry production, at the same time, 22.67% was obtained for corn, which could be concluded that when carrying out the present Research work determined that the output of blackberry as a star product is more feasible, so it is recommended to change the production matrix they currently have because the blackberry has the necessary characteristics for this type of crop and thus generate higher economic returns to the parish.
