Proyecto para fortalecer los servicios del taller de mantenimiento y reparación de camiones en VIHALMOTOS Grupo Alvarado Ambato – Ecuador

Abstract

This research is focused on the project to strengthen the services of the truck maintenance and repair workshop at Vihalmotos Grupo Alvarado Ambato-Ecuador to facilitate that it becomes a helpful tool for a better resource distribution taking into account the goal to reach the objectives and plans in an organized and effective way. For its development, surveys were conducted with customers and an interview with managers, where the lack of market research was found, training is uncommon, being elements of importance that need to be strengthened, ignorance of administrative tools as the key success factors, being the corporate philosophy and the measurement of the indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of the plans executed between managers and partners. The strengthening plan for the workshop is executed, where new strategies are proposed for the key success factors through administrative tools for adequate decision-making. It is recommended to the authorities of the institution to implement the said plan in order to guarantee sustainability and take the correct functioning of the activities and tasks to meet your stated goals.
