Propuesta de reestructuración administrativa y financiera para la empresa "Wil Market"

Abstract

The objective of this degree work is to design a Proposal for Administrative and Financial Restructuring for the company “Wil Market”, which aims to improve internal organization and optimize its financial resources. For this research, the inductive method was used in the processing and analysis of the data obtained, the deductive method for capturing information, and obtaining particular explanations for possible solutions. An interview was conducted with the manager, in the administrative area, to visualize the current situation of the company. In the financial area, historical evaluation of the financial statements was made through a vertical and horizontal analysis, financial ratios were also applied, which allowed diagnosing the economic management of the company. In the administrative area, the proposal is based on the elaboration of the mission, vision, institutional objectives, values, policies, and a structural organization chart. In the financial area, rules and policies were created which will help regulate the various accounts that the company manages, in addition to procedures allowing good communication between departments. It is concluded that the proposed administrative and financial proposals will allow greater organization and control of internal resources, guaranteeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution, which is why it is recommended to implement the research work presented since it will permit a more sustainable and profitable business.
