Plan estratégico para mejorar la gestión del Patronato del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Chimborazo, periodo 2019

Abstract

The present titration work is a "Strategic Plan to improve the management of the patronage of decentralized autonomous government of Chimborazo, period 2019", its objective is to draw up strategies to improve the management of the institution in its different areas, the design of the research is of mixed modality (qualitative and quantitative), quantitative when analyzing statistics and economic, social, technological and qualitative indicators, since internal aspects are analyzed in relation to the management, human talent and processes within the Board of Chimborazo Autonomous Decentralized Government, the type It is field, documentary and descriptive, a survey was conducted to employees, users and an interview with the general administrative coordinator, in order to collect internal information from the institution, in the same way the external environment was analyzed through the methodology PESTLE, the scheme of Lourdes Munch was followed to carry out the strategic planning initiated by the situational analysis, the definition of the mission and strategic objectives, five strategies were developed defined by cross-referencing the variables of the crossed SWOT matrix, with which it is planned to take advantage of the opportunities and threats and mitigate the weaknesses and threats, In addition to complying with the strategic objectives and the organizational mission, finally, the action plan was finalized in which the activities for the development of each strategy are identified, showing time and budget. Concluding that through the application of the strategies the institutional management and vision of the public towards the patronage will be improved
