Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de lácteos en el Cantón Logroño, Provincia de Morona Santiago.

Abstract

The present study focuses on the feasibility of creating a dairy company in the Logroño canton, province of Morona Santiago, in this canton there are no companies dedicated to this activity, which influences its population due to the consumption of products derived from milk is of the utmost importance for the human being as it contains nutrients and vitamins that benefit the development of the physical and mental body of people. The population of Logroño is chosen and the sample is calculated, where the due surveys are carried out for both possible suppliers and consumers of dairy products, when obtaining the results, the existence of the raw material and the consumers of the canton are found, with these data the calculations of supply and demand are made, in which there is evidence of an existence of unsatisfied demand since according to the surveys there are people who have difficulties to acquire these products, with that demand standing it is possible to continue with the research. We proceed to calculate the amount necessary to adapt the land, the plant facilities, the physical and mental personnel necessary for the proper functioning of the company, the machinery, the equipment, the tools, the utensils and the different expenses that are incurred. must do to make the company a reality. With all these results, the financial indicators are built, where the net present value was positive, which makes the operation of the company feasible, it is also detailed where the internal rate of return is higher than the discount rate, the project is profitable, also an additional profit will be generated and the investment will be recovered.
