Sistema web para el control del proceso administrativo y financiero del personal de la empresa “AviPep”, utilizando el framework Primefaces y JSF.

Abstract

The main objective of the current curriculum integration work was the development of a web system to control the administrative and financial process of the “AVIPEP” Company of Guano town to automate the attendance record of the employees, besides the generation of payrolls based on the number of working hours. We applied the agile software development methodology SCRUM that allowed to deliver the final product progressively following a schedule, for which we had meetings with the management of the company throughout the course of the development of this project. Initially, we obtained the necessary requirements, to later carry out the design of class diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams and use cases, greatly facilitating the coding of the requirements, which have been developed with the use of JavaServerFaces, official framework of Java Enterprise, thus, greatly satisfying the separation of business logic from data access. Similarly, we selected the Primefaces library as the main component for the use of this framework because it possesses a stable feature set, besides a wide usability for the users and it provides an adequately implementation of the user interfaces. We also used PostgreSQL Database Management System. We obtained a quality web system that meets with the requirements established by the client, determining through an evaluation process of the quality of use that the productive proportion of the processes presents a significant average increase of 163.80%.
