Plan de exportación de alfombras de la Asociación Interprofesional de Artesanos del cantón Guano, desde la ciudad de Guano, provincia de Chimborazo hacia Argentina

Abstract

The Inter Professional Association of artisans of Guano canton, on its desire to improve and be more competitive, it seeks to broaden its marked through the elaboration of an export plan. This project allowed the association to learn the process of producing and exporting rugs to shape the idea of exporting handicraft products to international markets such as Argentina. Some parameters were considered, starting with the elaboration of the management structure of the association through criteria of efficiency, to prepare a proposal whose purpose presents and promotes innovative projects to develop and consolidate the role of crafts in the country as a sustainable tool development through the strengthening of innovation in designing and developing the handicraft product. The export plan allowed to make a description, analysis and detailed planning of the export activities that the Inter Professional Association of artisans in Guano canton planted to develop by means of this useful tool. The hypothesis, referred to the improvement of lifestyle manufacturers, was proved thanks to the increased income and the multiplier effects of consumption. The current net value is USD 420070.48 which indicates that the project is profitable for the investor and it will be accumulated after recovering the total project investment. The initial recuperation is reached in the first year of execution where the investor will recover his funds. The Superior Polytechnic School of Chimborazo must develop its policies of help and technical support to small and medium sectors of businesses who have not reached higher studies, but they have entrepreneur spirits.
