Plan de negocios de la Empresa Pública de Desarrollo Productivo y Competitividad “EMPUDEPRO TENA EP”.

Abstract

The main objective of this research was to design a business plan for the Public Enterprise of Productive Development and Competitiveness "EMPUDEPRO TENA-EP", of the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal of Tena, to determine the impact on its business management. The study was exploratory, where the immersed population was of 44 civil servants, and users as direct actors of the municipal public company, in the present study techniques such as the survey and the interview were applied, aimed at the main actors immersed in the problem, financial analysis of trend and structure, indicators of financial and administrative management were applied to determine the situation of the company and to establish the guidelines of the business plan. To verify the hypothesis raised in the investigation, the Chi-square statistical test was applied, which resulted in an acceptable level of 11.69, so that the business plan is determined if it affects the enterprise management of the public company. In conclusion, to make the diagnosis of the company a budget execution level of 61% for 2016 and 63% for 2017 was determined, showing weakness in enterprise management entity, study case; besides, failures were demonstrated in the financial analysis, since the final result is equivalent to a budget deficit of 125967.15 USD, the company also has excess liquidity, translating this way into idle resources for the organisation; therefore, it is recommended that the public company EMPUDEPRO TENA- EP carries out a continuous monitoring of its financial and administrative situation to optimise its enterprise management with all the involved agents.
