Análisis de la interoperabilidad logística para optimizar las operaciones en la Empresa “Hormigones Moreno".

Abstract

The following investigation's objective was to perform an analysis of logistics interoperability (IOL), to optimize operations in the Hormigones Moreno company. The research with a quantitative approach, relational level, documentary and field type, deductive, inductive, analytical, and systemic methods allowed to elaborate on the process and conclusions of the investigation. Two study variables were identified: 1. Logistical interoperability, 2. Optimization of operations. Six main areas in the company were analyzed: General Management, Warehouse, Internal Transportation, Production, Quality Control, and Sales, which contributed to the selection of indicators. The process was the theoretical foundation, the diagnosis, to then develop a proposal for the measurement of logistic interoperability and the application of the measurement model with the use of structural equations. The main results obtained show that the indicators: information on deposits and number of vehicles, presented a level of significance to be considered for a p-value of 0.005. Also, the hypothesis and the results of the measurement model prove the direct relationship between interoperability and optimization of operations. Therefore, the company, by improving its ability to act in an interoperable way internally and externally, will improve the optimization of its operations, obtaining an important competitive advantage in its business environment. For this purpose, among other points, it is necessary to plan the routes for the delivery of the concrete in an adequate way, this action will allow: optimizing costs for transport, labor, and maintenance of the company's vehicles, reducing the delivery times of the concrete A consequence that will benefit both the client and the supplier, as well as contributing to the development of the town.
