Planificación estratégica para la estación de servicios “Río Negro” ubicado en el cantón Baños, provincia de Tungurahua, para los periodos 2021-2025

Abstract

The present research work was developed with the main objective of designing a strategic plan for the Río Negro Service Station, to improve its business conditions and contribute to the growth of the organization. All this, through a methodology with a qualitative approach, the same one that was worked through inductive - deductive, analytical and synthetic methods through the collection of information with the use of different techniques and instruments such as the interview and the survey used in internal and external customers of the company. Arriving to determine the current situation of the Río Negro Service Station, its main strengths, weaknesses and the use of the opportunities that are generated in the environment where the company develops its economic activity. Thanks to the diagnosis, it was possible to establish the different strategies to be implemented, in addition, the strategic resource has an expense budget destined to the execution of the proposal made in order to encourage the administration to execute programmed and delimited actions in its functions and responsible with the objective of preventing the loss of its resources. For this reason, it is recommended to use and implement the strategic plan in the administration of the service station since it will achieve its business objectives
