Plan de salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la ciudad de Calvillo, estado de Aguascalientes, México.

Abstract

The objective was to design a safeguard plan of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Calvillo city, State of Aguascalientes, Mexico. For which the validation of the PCI record was carried out through a participatory workshop where people were socialized about a safeguard plan as well as registered cards and the definitive list of raised events during the process of pre-professional practices. In addition, the vulnerability of the PCI was analyzed through participatory workshops where it was evaluated using a horizontal matrix taking into account 3 parameters: inheritance, memory, and identity, in such a way that each event was horizontal and a numerical rating from 1 to 3 depending on the status of each one. Following, the formulation of the philosophical and strategic approach of the safeguard plan was carried out for which participatory workshops were executed where a SWOT matrix was generated and from this, the critical knots and key factors of success were prioritized. Then, the plans and programs were formulated based on the axes of protection, revitalization, transmission, promotion, dissemination, and dynamization. A total of 99 demonstrations were validated, and in the vulnerability analysis, a total of 6% are in highly vulnerable events, so 62% are vulnerable and 32% are current, from this and using the prioritization of critical knots and Key factors of success 10 strategies were formulated, 5 programs and 14 projects. Finally, it was concluded that the implementation of 14 projects with an estimated investment of 3,298,940.00MXN$ will guarantee the transmission of knowledge to the new generations and strengthen their identity. In sum, the implementation of the safeguard plan by the municipality is recommended.
