Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de coworking para la ciudad de Riobamba

Abstract

This research was focused on collecting the necessary information to know the feasibility of implementation of a company focused on providing the co-working service, for which detailed analysis was carried out by approaching the companies with which there was a population of microenterprises registered in the internal revenue service through a survey with questions focused on measuring their acceptance among other factors of interest, where they have seen as a possibility, to implement this type of work for the benefits it has, in turn, the type of plans and prices; Obtaining the necessary information resulted in the interest that entails a project like this one, but there is still that inexperience and the advantages that they would obtain by belonging to this type of centres. On the same proceeded to structure the mandatory parameters to be able to work in Ecuador, in the same way, for estimating the costs at this point it was taken into account their assets, variable and the demand estimation and with that, it was possible to value the income as expenses that would be available for the next few years and the time for the recovery of the investment; finally, it was obtained that the construction of this type of service for entrepreneurs is viable, given the great interest demonstrated by the possible plaintiffs, however, it is necessary to have the strategy of creating communication means where its multiple benefits can be known for the cost that it entities in this way to maximize the reach to potential consumers
