Desarrollo de un sistema web para gestionar el proceso de contratación de un aspirante en la compañía Promine Cia Ltda.

Abstract

Currently, the company ‘PROMINE CIA LTDA’ uses software tools that are not suitable for managing the recruitment process of new employees, for the collection of data from candidates, using Microsoft Excel, which involves a tedious and manual load of information in each of the departments involved. That is why the objective of this work was to develop a web system to automate the process of managing the recruitment of an applicant in the company ‘PROMINE CIA LTDA’ using the Angular framework. Using an agile development methodology called Scrum, since this provides the facility to create an optimal working environment between the Product Owner and the members of the development team, since the partial deliveries of the final product was an effective communication with the client, to take into account and add as part of the team, plus it helped to manage in a correct way the changes that could arise in the course of the project that was divided into Sprint and verified with the client the functionalities that were presented at each meeting. The result was a total of 532 hours of work during the implementation, divided into 8 Sprint, with 7 technical stories and 32 user stories. In addition, the multi-layered architecture and the Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern were used to guarantee ease of maintenance and the possibility of adding new functionalities. It was concluded that the web system allowed automating the process for the recruitment of applicants in the PROMINE company, observing a level of quality efficiency according to the ISO/IEC 25010 standard. Recommending the automation of all internal processes managed by the Human Resources department, with the aim of implementing a comprehensive system that covers all areas of the institution.
