Modelo Organizacional Administrativo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Pastaza.

Abstract

The present research is an “Administrative Organizational Pattern for the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government at Pastaza canton” in Pastaza province, which is carried out focusing the continuous improvement to the client service. The adoption of the administrative pattern includes de implementation of a new Structural Tasks Organizer for the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government in Pastaza canton that permits to improve the service for clients and in a relevant way the work of the collaborating staff in the aim of diminishing those obstacles that damage to the institution. It will permit to members of the institution the capacity for working in teams and fulfill the previewed plan in this work, and based on the institutional legal items, in general form in relation to the organizational structure in order to strength its image and prestige. Demonstrating this form that strategies and actions to be implemented in de administrative area of the institution can be carried to other departments, through the active and effective participation of all institution personnel.
