Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un depósito aduanero industrial en la Empresa ECUATRAN S.A. de la ciudad de Ambato

Abstract

The goal of this research paper was to carry out a feasibility project in order to créate an Industrial Customs Warehouse in the ECUATRAN S.A. company located in Ambato city. In this investigative study, observation forms and a questionnaire were conducted through a survey which was applied to company’s mayor clients, which allowed to know the unmet demand to develop the research including the legal, technical and financial requirements for the deposit creation, allowing to estimate a satisfactory profitability that is expected to be obtained with the implementation of the project. The feasibility project consists of the customs warehouse cretion throug the extension of the existing storage room in the company, to be able to meet the necessary requirements and thus provide services not only about storage but also for the suspension of tax payments, in addition to the nationalization of the merchandise according to the customer’s needs and demands, by producing value-added services, seeking entry into more demanding markets, building and earning their client’s loyalty and boosting their profitability. It is concluded that this deposit implementation is highly feasible since it will help the company competitiveness and economic growth, since with an investment rate of 1’052.291,40 a net profit of 535.880,65 will be obtained in the first year, for every dollar that has been invested, it will be recovered $ 1,74.
