Abstract : | The purpose of this research was to carry out a feasibility project for the creation of a cocoa collection center in a small town called Doraliza, located in the province of Guayas in order to determine the viability of the project and improve the economic conditions of the producers. The methodology used had a mixed approach, applying the deductive, inductive and analytical methods, for the collection of information instruments such as; interview directed to the legal representative of the association of small and large agricultural producers Doraliza and survey towards the 105 producers of the sector. Through the market study, the existence of an unsatisfied demand was determined. In addition, in the technical, administrative, legal, economic-financial study, the ideal location of the project was established, the organization chart structure, the permits established by law, as well as the investment of the project of $160,097.93, through the financial evaluation a Net Present Value of $299,937.23 was obtained, an Internal Rate of Return of 53% and a recovery period of the investment of 2 years and 3 months. It is concluded that the project is feasible since once the pertinent studies were carried out, positive data were obtained that guarantee its viability. It is recommended to run the project in based on the proposal as it generates a positive impact in the social, economic and environmental spheres. |
Resumen : | La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad realizar un proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de acopio de cacao en el recinto Doraliza, provincia de Guayas, con el fin de determinar la viabilidad del proyecto y mejorar las condiciones económicas de los productores. La metodología empleada tuvo un enfoque mixto, aplicándose los métodos deductivo, inductivo y analítico, para la recolección de información se utilizaron instrumentos como; entrevista dirigida al representante legal de la asociación de pequeños y grandes productores agrícolas Doraliza y encuesta hacia los 105 productores del sector. Mediante el estudio de mercado se determinó la existencia de una demanda insatisfecha. Además, en el estudio técnico, administrativo, legal, económico-financiero se estableció la localización idónea del proyecto, el organigrama estructural, los permisos establecidos por la ley, así como la inversión del proyecto de $160.097,93, mediante la evaluación financiera se obtuvo un Valor Actual Neto de $299.937,23, una Tasa Interna de Retorno del 53% y un periodo de recuperación de la inversión de 2 años y 3 meses. Se concluye que el proyecto es factible ya que una vez realizado los estudios pertinentes se obtuvieron datos positivos que garantizan su viabilidad. Se recomienda ejecutar el proyecto en base a la propuesta ya que genera un impacto positivo en el ámbito social, económico y ambiental. |
