Dietas con diferentes niveles de proteína más aminoácidos sintéticos en el comportamiento productivo de codornices de postura

Abstract

In the Poultry Farm "Reina del Quinche" located in the Veloz Parish, Riobamba County, Chimborazo Province. It was researched the use of low levels of Crude Protein including syntetic aminoacids in diet T1: 21% PB (0.15% aa '), MS (2.92 Mcal / Kg); T2: 20% PB (0.19% aa '), MS (2.94 Mcal / kg); T3: 19% PB (0.22% aa), ME (2.93 Mcal / kg) more the control treatment TO: 18% PB, ME (2.96 Mcal / kg) in hens quail, a desing completely at random . Determining the best nutrients intake in fed quails with T2 (P <0.01), for the following variables: DM (22.31 g / day); ME (0.07 Mcal / Kg): Lysine (0.27 g / day); Methionine (0.08 g / day); Threonine 15 g / day). The best consumption of CP was for T1 (P <0.01) with 4.61 g / day; besides presented a better productive yield with fed quails with T2 reaching a production 83.69%. The regression analysis it adjusted to a regression model of third order (P <0.01), where the production percentage will depend on a 66.90% of protein levels with an average weight of the egg was 10.75 g and mass of the egg 9.00 g. and mortality of 0.80%. The egg morphology showed a little increase in the transversal diameter for T2 (P <0.01) with 26.10 mm. The highest rate profit / cost was 1.30 for the T2, therefore, it is recommended the use of syntetic aminoacids with low levels of crude protein to the indicated dose.
