El uso de las Herramientas Colaborativas Libres en el desarrollo curricular en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar de la ciudad de Guaranda durante el periodo 2013

Abstract

The applicability of the Google network free cooperative tools used for the curricular development at the Education College during 2013-2014 was tested from this research. The study population consisted of 343 students and 32 permanent and no permanent professors and, the study sample comprised 90 students from presential education and 40 students from semi-presential education as well as the total of professors. Two formulas were used for the study sample calculus, one of them for calculating the sample size and the other one for its adjustment in regarding the absence of students. The aim of this study was to determine the importance of the use of Google network free cooperative tools at the Education College curricular development by testing the study hypotheses through the statistical method. Thus, the study results accounts for an important impact on the academic achievement improvement. Therefore, we can conclude that the use of the Google network free cooperative tools helps to improve the curricular and extracurricular activities development and so they convey a positive impact on the academic achievement that is why we recommend to use them at the Education College curricular development since they guarantee the interactivity of all parts involved in the curricular development process.
