Diseño de un plan de administración Ambiental para la hacienda ganadera Rumipamba.

Abstract

This research proposes: to design an environmental management plan for the Rumipamba cattle ranch; having as its purpose the production of milk, since it is a study that determines the environmental impact, they will not be considered experimental treatments, but they responded to an analysis of samples composed of liquid waste, collected in the different areas. The results indicate that upon entering the hatchery, since it is a third order, there is a lot of accumulation of dust particles, they do not have a sustainable grazing system and the milking facilities do not have basic industrial safety measures. The checklist shows that there are deficiencies in the environment and health and safety parameters of the staff, since 9.52% and 22.22% compliance were obtained respectively. In the descriptive statistics analysis on liquid waste that is discharged to a freshwater body it was determined that: the analysis of the tributary waters shows that the BOD5 values ​​rise from 35.67 mg / L, at the entrance to an average of 307.17 mg / L at the exit, the COD of 36.00 mg / L at the entrance rises to 358.00 mg / L at the time of discharge to the river. Through the elaboration of the Leopold matrix, it was determined that it generates 9 positive impacts with an equivalent of 23.68% and 29 negative impacts equivalent to 76.32%, mainly due to improper wastewater management, generating bad odors and affecting the water quality of the environment.
